i got the game on the last weekend sale and my laptop isnt the greatest on it it lags a bit and i tried to run the game on the lowest settings and it still lags i tried finding the config file to modify the game but i cant find it anywhere i need help

I really think that your laptop won't be able to run the game. But anyway If I remember correctly the config file should be in this location
User/appdata/local/Shenmue3/Saved/Config/WindowsNoEditor/GameUserSettings
