Hi,
I was just wondering: All other Wadjet Eye games run perfectly on Linux, so....why does this one have no official native Linux port? If I bought it, would I have to fiddle around with wine Installers and such? This really annoys me and makes me shy away from purchasing it,even though I really DID love all their other titles and would really like to play it.
But this seems really backwards to me- why make Linux and Mac ports for the games before, but not now?
Or will there be official support in the future?

So, this.
Yet, hopefully via GOG?

I'd really love to see a native Linux version, too. Usually I stay away from low-res games (have a hard time recognising stuff in the pixel dust, reading the text is strenuous), but I love Wadget Eye games for their atmosphere. Perfect for leaving the real world for a bit on rainy weekends.

Shying away from Shardlight for now. Maybe when there's a good promo I'll just risk it and hope the Windows version works well enough with wine, but a native Linux version would certainly loosen my wallet. ;)
Is there any news on getting a Linux version? Shardlight is on promo again and I was considering buying it, but it's still Windows only... (I am very selective about buying Windows-only games these days as there are many nice games with native Linux support.)
