So I've just started, and just one thing that bugs me is I can't seem to get a clear smooth picture in the game.
I've tried several combinations of the filters and so far the best I got was with AAx4 on Direct3d.
But the picture still looks fuzzy/blurry. I don't remember it like that on previous wadjet eye games.

I've got some samples in here:

Any tips?
First thing I would suggest is not using any of the AA filters. The game is designed to be pixellated so smoothing out the edges will make it look awful (although some people prefer them. Don't ask me why!). Try using some of the "nearest neighbor" filters instead.

Tried NN filter as well, but it looks too pixaly:

I don't know I didn't mind it at all in all the previous wadjet eye games.
Is this one different or are my eyes just failing me? :P
Maybe the problem is the 1920x1080 resolution...

nope and nope... i have same thing , i guess its best to leave the default setting: 320
i use and old ctx 17 inch at 1024x768 , 85hz (recommended setting)

what i dont understand is the fact that i cant disable the music, i was sure the music could be turned off in the demo.
i always turn of music ( also with command and conquer) and with any game i play, so i can hear the voices better and sometimes the use of ambient sounds, with music on aswell at the same time ist getting more like a party.

edit: just tried the demo, music cant be turned of or softer in demo, well then i have to go with the music .
I guess i am mistaken with other games, usually music can always be turned off or very very quit.
The music is great btw, its just that i never play with any music on like i mentioned before.

doesn't look different than any other wadjeteye game to me...
i usually don't go over a 1280x (4x nearest filter) resolution in games with AGS-engine and don't stretch it to fullscreen, the pixels are slightly finer that way, but the different's not that big.
use windowed mode
on my 1024x768 desktop (recommended for ctx 17 inch monitor)

640x400

then you will see a 1024x768 screen size with the game in a window, it will look less pixel, but it will also be smaller
