Hi,
just encountered following bug:

Amy turned invisble (shadow on the ground i still there)
After receiving the severed arm from the reaper to enter quarantine zone i had to return to the subway station to get gloves from mannequin. Took the route all way up back to the lair - Amy turns invisble as soon as entering the reapers lair. Change of scenery and/or saving/loading does not fix this.
Starting a new game works fine.
