Yeah I just pre ordered it literally 30 seconds ago since its cheaper on GOG! Took a chance with this to be honest I loved the original but I'm hoping this one isn't too timid.

Sorry, I've been busy qc'ing qestionaires all day, not exactly at my sharpest at the moment.
My best guess is the game will be available at the same time as the steam version, which is 6pm GMT.
It's probably the publisher wanting to release the game worldwide at the same moment.
