shadow warrior 2 network and/or galaxy connection is unavailable. how to fix this i can't play multiplayer with friends.

" Network and/or galaxy connection is unavailable " pops when i click on " Join Game " in the main menu and I cant find the friends list option in game when I created an online session. do you get the same thing?
