To be as succinct as possible: Trying to complete the 'Tick Tock Toff' quest. Started out ok, sensed the watch, dispatched the ghouls, but now cant find... or locate the watch.

The watch may 'possibly' be located in a cache, but that is located just under one of the footbridges. I say 'possibly' because I cannot access the cache even though its in front of me. seems its fallen through the interface.

Anyone have any clue how to solve this problem?
