Never been able to get this game running. Always crashed when clicking on 'start new game'. I have tried all advise on support with no luck. Anyone else experienced this?

Would help if you had a crash log or posted pc specs

I have the same issue. I'm running Win10, with Zone Alarm running in the background.

Only selecting 'start new game' the screen freezes. I can't get windows to 'end task' or even minimise the game window (it keeps appearing over all other applications - rendering in front of them). I have to log off or reboot to get it to close.
