I am stuck. I have fought the bounty hunter, freed the redheaded guy, and still can't get to shell 7. The ships captain only gives me the option to go to shell 3. Can anyone help me?

You have to go to the Shell 4 party base (the brothel) and include Aarim in your party - the captain will not take you to shell 7 without him.
