Project129: I am curious if anyone else is having issues here to be honest. I installed Septerra Core onto my computer and it has a 64 bit system. So far, none of the compatibility modes resolve the issue with low framerate and testing with the various fixes (Installing an older Quicktime while deleting the current one in the septerra core, putting in the folder version of the two quicktime files, ect) have not worked. Has anyone found a solution that actually does work with low framerates?

tschetter: Hey bud. All I did was delete quicktime.qts, and the ddraw.dll file and the game so far has been good. I will continue my playthrough for a bit and if I run into any issues, I will send another reply, but so far I have been able to progress without any issue.

I have went through the game with out any issues. It is a great game. Enjoy!
yeah that helps. no more mouse lagging. I didn't delete the files, just renamed them, that works too.

( had low framerate whenever I move mouse cursor and could not get past new game)

A necro but a well deserved one as it works perfectly for win10 and win8.1 for me :)

The main menu stutter has completely disappeared
it make the game work well, but it takes away the movies and puts it in a much smaller screen, any ideas to help?
