I have got all ingredients that I need (I think) I have the mountain hegak egg. I have the sleep plant, and I have the leeches. I cannot get the swamp helgak to eat the sleep plant so that I can get the blood for a tattoo

Now exit the map and go to the west part of the swamp from the map. In the southwest part of this area, grab the Sleep Plant from the ground. Combine it with the Drilled Egg. Now it's Drugged. Head a bit north, the west, and feed the egg to the Water Helgak there. Use the leeches on it when it's asleep. Now you've got yourself some Bloated Leeches. Go back to Scrumm Town, the Barter Mall, and head inside the Tattoo Shop. Give the Leeches to the woman, and she'll make some tattoos for Maya.

I think you don't have a drill. Try to search for it in a shops.
