I'm assuming this is because sensible soccer 2006 is published by Codemasters, whereas all the other titles (other then the recent sensible world of soccer remake for XBLA) are not, so they technically cannot release them at the minute. That's not to say however GOG won't be doing dealings with the original publishers, and we might see them in the future.
