I would like to know whether or not the game has the three PDFs from the Steam version, including Field of Glory: Renaissance, Empires of the Dragon Army, and the Colonies and Conquest Army books.

No. The game only includes the "Sengoku Jidai - Shadow of the Shogun" manual.
