I'm fairly new to VNs, so it didn't immediately catch my attention but as I read some reviews talking about how great the OSTs is it dawned on me that...I've been reading in silence for two hours.

No voices, sound, or music at all while everything in the game's setting is at max.

Sound volume on my PC is also at max.

Do I have to enable something in a file or ?

Well, anyway, if anyone has a solution for me, I'd like to have it.

Change the setting to be a CD format. And the sound will come.
