* Marks will no longer be automatically consumed
* At 3 Marks, further Marks will no longer deal damage
* Druids now have an innate 5% chance to deal 2X damage
* Rangers now have an innate 5% bonus run chance
* Rangers now have 33% to stun when marks are consumed
* Rangers now heal 5% of current HP when marking enemies
* Riposte will consume marks on a Ranger
* Modified character detail text
* Modified rage meter help text

FIXED
* Fixed several consume mark bugs
* Fixed guardian tutorial bug
