IronArcturus: I've noticed that Saints Row 4 is not saving the Audio, Control, and Gameplay options. Every time I start a game, I have to reset all the options again. Is there a way to fix this? I'm running Windows 7 64-bit.
Same problem here , everything else works fine.

Be sure to send in a ticket to Support so they know about the issue.

jalister: Options aren't saving in Gat Out of Hell either.
Which options exactly? I just reassigned a key to test it. Started the game again and it was still set to the key of my choice. (Win7/64)

In SR4 main game I have the same issue. Saving options is broken.

The only setting that I've changed is the Y axis invert for flying. I have to change it every time I load the game.

Should the rest of us having this issue create tickets as well, or no? I assume it's not necessary, but wanted to ask just in case.
Well, since this bug affects everyone GOG must fix it. Would be nice if a blue one can report back if they are working on it and how long it will take.

Better safe than sorry as I've noticed, in general, that when some people say they'll report it, they never do. Just something I've noticed here and there, not pointing fingers at anyone in particular.

Works fine for me - just tested it.
Does not work for SR4 main game. I whonder if there is a difference in saving methos since both games seem to be similar.

Further testing shows the following:

Saints Row: Gat Out of Hell (working for me):
The moment I enter the game a config file called srgDEF_PROFILE is created inside the game folder. This is where the values for controls ect. are stored (deleting it reverts the settings that's how I know).

Saints Row 4 (not working for me)
There is no config file created to store the values. However if you change display values it is stored in a file called display.ini. But this is only there to store display related values. The problem here seems to be that the config file for this game is not created at the start. Since it will probably be created in the game folder itself (like it is the case with Gat Out Of Hell) I doubt that missing rights could be the problem If somebody would find a configuration file one could try to place it in the game folder and see if the values are stored (it might still be that only the file creation is not happening while changing the file still could be possible). Unfortunately I did not found such a configuration file yet. But since I do own the steam version as well (which I unfortunately have to download first) I will try to get it from there.

O.K.: Installed Steam version and changed an option. Option was saved there in the file sr3DEF_PROFILE. However putting this in the game folder of th eGOG version does unfortunately not help to fix the problem.

I also tried to turn off my anti virus but this did not help either.

Ok, lets flood the service :)
I had a similar issue with Sins of a Solar Empire Rebellion. The problem was I had had SoaSER on Steam at one time. The steam version was not currently installed but the old save game directory structure was still in \documents\my games\ <game publisher>\<game name> I just deleted the whole game folder and then started the GoG version of the game. It rebuilt the save directories. Everything worked after that.

That could be the issue, since I have the Steam versions installed. I'll try them on another computer.
You don't have to try. It's not the cause here (never had Steam and/or the game installed).

Thanks for the update.

I wonder if the issue could be caused by not installing the games in the default directory on the C drive.
I think you can do whatever you want. I asked two friends of mine and both also had the same issue (but did not notice before). At the moment I doubt that it is working for anyone at all. It just seems that there are some people who just don't need to change the options at all. Unfortunately support hasn't replied yet even though I've sent them all my test results which should make it easy to fix this quite fast.
