I have zero sound in sr4 I have right clicked the speaker icon raised the volume of sr4 went to the settings and raised the volume but nothing.

Are you using 5.1 surround sound? Try switching to stereo.
Try running the game with Administrator priveledges.
Try playing YouTube or a media file in the background and see if that works.
