Game of the Century Edition should cover most of the DLCs that are mentioned in the link above - http://saintsrow.wikia.com/wiki/Saints_Row_IV#DLC

Not sure what Voyeur packs add so I can't confirm if they're included, but I checked and almost everything (except for Child's Play pack) is present.

It's mostly clothes or skins for weapons or skins for homies. Enter the Dominatrix and How the Saints Save Christmas add new quests, and Executive Priviledge pack adds cheats.

The National Treasure edition is, to my knowledge, only available on X360 and PS3.

Marioface5: Are you sure Child's Play content isn't present? I had it on Steam, and the items are still available for me after transferring my save to the GOG version.
No, I'm not sure, I honestly just don't remember it being there, that's all ;) UglyBanana also said it's present so I believe you guys!
