Just purchased 1 and 2 of this series and I can play them - never had this issue, I've searched EVERYWHERE, and it's ridiculous, I can't find out how to run this.
Did I just waste money!?!?!?!?!

You might have to try re-downloading the game (or if you are using Galaxy, go to the setting for the game >>> Manage Installation >>> Verify / Repair). Also, the file is named "Video Card Setup.exe", in case you were searching for it using windows (what did you find in the installation folder, by the way? I hope nothing else is missing).
