So I've been wanting to try out this mod that has been gaining a small following called "The Lament of Zors" but there is one small problem... The mod only works on version 1.2.0b of the game atm. The steam version has the option to downgrade via the games properties "beta channel." Unfortunately with the GOG version, it only lists the latest 1.4.0 version and so cannot be downgraded.

What myself and others are asking is if you could please give us the option to have multiple older versions of Rogue Legacy. I know with some indie games like Enter the Gungeon it does have the option to install an older version / patch of the game. Thank-you very much.

As far as i know Galaxy has the option to downgrade the version but the standalone/backup savefiles are allways the final/latest version.
yup i just checked and gog galaxy has 1.2.0b available for rollback

settings from the more menu from the game's page ,
then uncheck auto updates
and it should appear just under the checkbox the versions you can rollback to

Oh, I see! I did not know this kind of option existed. I feel this should be pinned somewhere for future reference. Thanks! :D
