Know anything about a possible release of Risen 3 on GOG.com?
I hąve got Risen and Risen 2: Dark Waters Gold Edition on GOG.com and I would like to buy Risen 3 here to complete this series in DRM-free version.

This is the one thing I really hate about GOG, the secrecy surrounding new releases.

I have just pre-ordered Risen 3 from GamersGate, which gives a Steam key. It was quite cheap so I couldn't resist, but if gog indicated that it would be released here, I would have purchased it from here, even if I have to pay more for it.

I wish they would not treat new releases as these magical secrets.

I have waited two years for Risen 2 to be released on GOG, I can easily do the same for Risen 3. :)

I got my version today. The German disc version (First Edition) is "DRM-free".

"DRM-free" meaning only no Internet connection required to install or play.
But the good old CD-check gets a revival. the disc is secured with PROTECTdisc.

Not yet, but "GOG" made it into the setup of the DRM-free Risen 3 First Edition ;-)

Still better than online drm. I've been expecting R3 at launch here on GOG after 1 and 2.
Could you tell me if the german version contains english lagnuage (with texts excluding subtitles) or only voice can be english?

Thanks for the information. That's disappointing and also somewhat misleading; hopefully Risen 3 will get a GOG release soon for a true DRM-free experience.

There's indeed a problem with the lack of com we get concerning gog's releases of games already released on other platforms.
It's mostly producers' fault, tho, who think that a game released DRM free will be hacked faster, but come on!
I discovered Risen 3 was released bacause I just saw it on a pirate torrent board, and when I want to buy the game, it's not on gog. WTF?!
I'll come again see if it's here in the current month, and if not, then I may play it anyway, but it's really sad. :(

German's Risen 3: First Edition (DRM-Free retail) includes German and English. Both full with Voice, Subtitles and ingame-text. I did not find a way to change the language ingame, but you can change it in the ConfigDefault.xml in the game-folder.
