Hi.
Why in manual of Risen 2 game on GOG are information about the need to have an account and the Steam client? I know that Risen 2 has been moved to the DRM-free version from Steam and the manual is a scan from Steamworks Edition, but IMO this kind of error should be corrected.

Yes. All versions of the game (except the one from GOG.com) require Steam.
I think that if they want (Deep Silver or Piranha Bytes) distribute DRM-Free version, publisher / developer should prepare a correct manual.

That's individual, from couple of hours to few days, depends on the issue. As this one is not so "urgent", don't expect quick reply. ;)
