so I just installed the game and I"m getting the message "the program can't start because XINPUT1_3.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem"

what's up? what can I do to fix this? I'll try reinstalling, but is something missing from my download of the game?

installed the direct x microsoft checker, now I get this error:

“The program can’t start because MSVCR100.dll is missing from your computer.”

any ideas?
