Sometimes placing a new harvester on resource doesn't work.After saving and loading everything is fine. I dont know why.

Same kind of issues, sometimes, water harvester stop to work.
Saving / loading didn't fix.
Removing building recreating it didn't work.
Relaunching the game neither.

Puting harvester elsewhere works (completly different place, change from 1 tile didn't work)
Apprear on Sand and Water harvester.
One time, by reacting road it works but not all times.
