hexaae: Language_setup.exe doesn't work.
Nothing happens starting it on Windows 10 x64 CU 1703 (15063.632) but there is no crash logged whatsoever. It simply won't start. Nothing changes trying to run it (as admin by default and) in compatibility mode for Win7.
In short: can't change language.
