Hi.

I'm sure I'm just missing something obvious. The bit where Alice is trying to get to the second floor through a window, the son is inside and she's wandering around in the snow. How to I get up to the boarded window on the first floor?

Get the ladder + electric lighter from the church > get electric lighter from radio batteries in the apartment > use electric lighter on can frozen in bin next to church > use spray can on ladder > use ladder on window ;)

That all sounds very logical. :P

But, several questions.

1. What church? Is that the building my son is sleeping in? I can't go back in. It says he should sleep for a time.
2. Apartment?
3. Bin?

(I think I'm still missing something obvious.)

Go top the top left of the area where you start. You go to a new area which has a church. Lighter is on the altar.

The apartment is the main building where Barney is (you'll be able to go back in once you get the lighter).

The bin is obvious by the church once you find it.

Yeah what thedopedude said. Follow the tracks, they'll lead you to the next few areas (church and football field)

Wow. That's annoying. I thought I'd tried walking everywhere.

(Up in that corner, it told me I couldn't go into the forest lots of times, but I'd been searching a bit off the path.)

(Also, I have a five year old son and there is no way I'd leave him in a post-apocalyptic snow storm. :P Heheh.)
