So Revenant is one of those games that ties the frame rate to the game's logic withs kind of sucks. I didn't expect the GOG version to fix this, still 24 frames is kinda steep. My question is if there is a way to set the game to something like 28 or 29. When you unlock the framerate it goes way to high.

I used to use this program called Dxtory to lock my framerate but for some reason whenever I had it running the loading times quadrupled.

Only works with nvidia users.
Yeah that doesn't work for me. Although now I'm using RivaTuner Statistics Server and it doesn't seem to impact the loading times that much. But if there isn't a way to custom lock the frame rate I would like to not have to uncheck the "Unlock game speed" bock's in the menu. Is there a way to keep it unchecked?
Has anyone found working solution for FPS issues in Revenant?

I have ATI Radeon GPU and Windows XP, but game is either running very wonky and getting 10-15 fps lags with limiter on, or getting over 500fps with limiter off, so can't play either way. After running through launcher.exe and ticking buffers, maxing out details etc. it locks up on 75fps, so it's bit better, but still too fast.

Does anyone now how to lock up FPS to, let's say, 40fps? RTSS doesnt seem to be working
Does anyone have a solution for this problem?

in D3D mode i get 20 fps and the game isn't nearly as smooth as in software mode, but when I uncheck lock game speed it goes crazy fast.

Run the game in Direct3D through dgVoodoo wrapper. The game runs at 25 fps as it should.

Works for both NVidia and AMD.
You may want to try turn compatibility mode off. But that can break the game on WinXP.
