So I have everything (blueprints, vault plans, etc.) and the guy at Tortoise is telling me I need the scanner, but doesn't have one. When I ask other characters they just suggest "hitting the pavement" but I don't get anything in any of my memory inventories relating to the scanner so I can inquire about it with other people. I figured I could possibly get it from the tech room at the station, but Bennett just says something like "I don't have access and don't need anything from there anyway." When I try to use the blueprints or vault plans themselves to initiate the conversation with a character, I just get "I don't need to show them this" in response.

I don't want to ruin it for myself by getting a straight out answer, but a hint would be appreciated!

Edit: NEVERMIND! Now I just need to figure out how to use it!
