I just played the beginning of the game where you play as the detective. He is with a detective called Reggie. Is Reggies voice actor the same as Joey from the Blackwell series? Or am i just imagining it

Yes, you are right. Great voice. Too bad it was not a main role.

Aha i thought so. The voice was kind of bugging of me and i had to find out if it was his. His voice is brilliant, love it
