I guess I was playing the "preview version" available when you pre-order. I'm in the lab with the doctor. Just wondering if it has somehow "unlocked" now that the release date is official. Or, do I need to re-download it from here and start over again? Thanks!

You need to download the full game, but the save game seems to be transferable. If it doesn't work, though, there is apparently a saved game that you can download for just at the end of the demo.

Ok I just finished Chapter 1. I emailed Wadjet Eye about a save file and asked how to proceed. Just downloaded and installed the full game.
