Alright, so I've gotten almost all of the achievements in the game, but I have no idea how to blackmail Tortoise in order to gain his help - I cracked the puzzle box instead. Any hints?

He is very kind to provide the blackmail materials himself if you ask him about the vault and supply the proof of legitimacy he requests. Professional pride!
