I'm stuck in Edgetown, seems that the location doesn't scroll anymore.
Due to it's size i uploaded the savegame on a file hosting website

I'm having this same problem, there is no way to get back to the subway map :/
Solved it take one char and move them all the way to the left edge, really tight to the screen then move the second close to them, then toggle between the two and the screen "snaps" and scrolls to the left
