Hi, I don't know if this question has been asked before, does the game runs at more than 30 fps? , mine is stuck at 30 fps and I Have a 12400F + 7700XT :/.

No. 30 fps is the maximum.

Get "Lossless Scaling". That'll give you the frame rate you desire
