The banner for the store page for Red Faction 1 is something i haven't seen anywhere else, it looks like a high polygon HD version of the game and was wondering where it came from?

They seem to hire people to specifically work on the GOG.com site, so chances are they have graphic artists who make such banners for them, might have made it from scratch or may have been a screenshot that they then edited. Though it's also possible they got it from Volition or Nordic Games along with a bunch of other media including the game itself for distribution but the image would likely still have been edited before going up on the site.

Basically, unfortunately, it is not from some HD version or mod of Red Faction 1, I presume if there was something like that it would be pretty well known and popular both on GOG and elsewhere.
