Bug I have encountered so far, while playing 1.07 version of RP2:

Fixed in 1.08 version - No sound in intro (Windows and Linux)
Animated video which starts with Aristotle’s “Politics” is muted. Jujubee video that precedes it has a sound, as well as rest of the game (mostly). Fortunately I was able to watch it on YouTube.

Background music stops playing after few years (Windows and Linux)
I only tried ruling over Poland (Grand Campaign and Pandemic Aftermath) so far, and music is playing only when I start the game. Later I must bear the burden of leadership in almost total silence. I tried to be a peaceful ruler, and it is possible that the game is waiting for a start of a war or something else to share some more compositions of Adam Skorupa and Jürgen Cialon with me. Main menu and loading screen music works fine. Note that running the game with minimum input from my part (just responding to random events) preserves the music, so this bug is probably triggered by using spies to perform economic counterintelligence, developing projects or modernizing provinces.

Time stops at some date and is not advancing forward (only Linux so far)
This is most critical bug that I had to face so far. Time stopped at 2024.08.24. Saving and loading or restarting game did not help. It is possible that I broke something by frequent ALT+TABing between the game and an external music player. Testing it again after few days (and restarts of OS) repaired it somehow.

Actions of scroll wheel are reversed (only Linux)
This affects scrolling through blocks of text and zooming in and out. It’s a shame that I can’t set custom key mapping.

Here are my specs:

Linux Mint 20.3 (based on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS) with 510.47.03 NVIDIA drivers
Windows 10 21H2 with 511.65 NVIDIA drivers
Intel Core i7 5820K (overclocked to 4200MHz)
ASRock X99 EXTREME 4 X99 (I use default audio drivers provided by both Windows and Linux for its Realtek ALC1150 Audio Codec)
Crucial 16GB (4x4GB) DDR4 PC4-17000C16 2133MHz Quad Channel (overclocked to 2400MHz)
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2070 Super
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SATA SSD

Bugs found while playing 1.08 version:

When loading save adjacent territories are miraculously annexed (only Windows so far)
While playing Poland through Grand Campaign (I started game in 1.07) I annexed eastern parts of my block, Belarus and Kiev (Ukraine was annexed by Russia in the 2020s, but then liberated itself under the name of the capital city). I did not try to move my border further east. Nevertheless, around 2050 when I loaded saved game, parts of the Russia (including Moscow, which still was marked as capital of Russia) become my territory. First time it happened, those parts were occupied by Russian rebels, but then joined Poland only when game was loaded. I could construct buildings in those new territories then, but to destroy one, I couldn’t just click on its 3D model, I had to use province menu. I loaded previous save and everything seemed to be normal for some time, but after saving and resuming game, parts of Russia were belonging to me again. This time I could not construct, demolish or modify buildings. Hovering over Coal Power Plant’s 3D model (not the 2D icon that appears when I zoom out) in supernaturally acquired territory presented me with BLD_PLANT_COAL_0 name. Moscow, while part of Poland, was still capital of Russia.

Postapo Campaign lacks terrain graphics (only Linux)
I can only see contours of provinces, everything else is is just blackness. Windows version is unaffected.

Not actually a bug - Units left on foreign territory after end of a war can’t move (only Linux so far)
In Postapo Campaign, when I occupy last of my foe’s provinces prompt to negotiate peace conditions appears automatically. If I decide to leave my foe a province with my unit on it, another prompt asks me to to move my unit to another province. No action can be performed then, only thing to do is to close the game (by right clicking on its representation on the desktop’s bottom panel for example, game menu could not be used).
EDIT: When I loaded save made in Linux version that lacks terrain graphics in the Windows version of the game, I was able to spot that my capital is slowly pulsating with green light and can be selected as the only destination for the stranded troops.

And for it I will need log file - it's look like a random bug - if it ever happens to you, please send me the game log to the same address as the save
