Raptor - I played it for hours! Together with Tyrian it's easily the best 2D vertical scrolling shooter on PC-DOS for me. It has a fare arsenal of weapons to buy and use, nice graphics and back then I loved the music (later on I noticed them to be only 30 sec. loops ... ;).
Every once in a while I think about it and a smile hushes across my face. What simple games I played and how much they delivered. And on some occasions, I reinstall it, just to see my beloved auto turret laser canyon once again!
