Maybe you can solve this by installing the "Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package".

Or maybe another solution: Is your Windows-Version up-to-date? (XP with SP3 / Vista with SP2 / Win7 with SP1) Some Service Packs includes newer versions of msvcp90.dll...
