open your registry and go here
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\Red Storm Entertainment\Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six\
and then find
VideoResolution
and change it to
VideoResolution 3440x1440
see if that works for you
if you haven't already change MouseRadiansPerPixel in the registry to something much lower as well
