Hey, if you've installed the Russian version and are experiencing issues with the flickering screen and freezing videos, just download the English version and copy smackw32.dll from there.

Welp, after playing for a few hours, turns out it does fix the flickering issue, but the videos would still freeze every once in a while for no clear reason. If anyone knows the solution for this, please share. If you are facing the same problem, I'd recommend saving before finishing every mission in case there's a cutscene.

same here for the english version. i have a nvidia geforce 840m on a laptop

so far, i found a way to bypass the crash in the start - you must use the default name for the character. I've only started the game, will see if this helps...

For both English and Russian versions:
1. In Galaxy Setting uncheck Auto Updates and Install the any version;
2. In Galaxy go to Manage Installation > Configure;
3. Change the version from 1.03 to 1.011 and wait for the update to set up;
4. Play.
Now you can change the characer's name and the game passes through the cutscene.
