I'm running Rage of Mages 2 on Mac with Parallels VM+Win 7.
Mouse cursor is flickering and image freezes when I move cursor.
Here is solution I've found and it worked for me.
allods2.eu
"If you experience problems with cursor, then download and extract in game folder DDwrapper and run allods2.exe in Windows XP SP3 compatibility mode."
