I finally got 1-4 to load on my PC with Windows 10, finished as a wizard-thief, my usual. How can I save this file to import into QFG2?? I am using some version of dosbox, not sure which one. I downloaded it from the Sierra Help Page. The only one it calls up is not mine. I really want to complete the series again after watching a few videos on youtube. My computer did not come witha floppy drive. No surprise there. I do have one being sent to me from China, but was wondering if I could do something in the meantime.

I am relieved to have found this page, and hopefully, being able to get some help.

Export the file as normal in QG1. Then you'll have to navigate to the directory you have QFG1 installed. Find the .sav file that you named the export and copy that. Then navigate to the directory you have QFG2 installed, and paste in there. Depending on how your DOSBox settings are, you might have to go up a directory level. QFG2 should detect it.
To save it to your computer instead of the floppy disk, type c: instead of a:

so in the field, it would be c:filename.sav

(no / or \)

It should default to the folder the game is installed in.
