It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

....and now it is integrated into Steamworks. While people who used the browser version got fucked in the arse, which resulted in wiping down the friends list, stats and ya have to pay 10$ once. If ya didn't installed it on Steam before the update (If ya did, then ya have it for free).

uh... ok.
Yup.

I was vaguely aware of Quake Live's existence, but for whatever reason never bothered to check it out. It's just an updated Quake III, right?

Now it's a downgrade.
This could be positive if they add all of the subscription perks to all accounts, btw I did installed it under steam a few months back and I didn't lose my friends list and clan.

Edit: Just tried it again, it was strange thou - the game wasn't in my library, but when I got to the store it says it was, so I had to start it form the store page, I hope it will stay in my library for good now, after all I had 9 hours of Steam play before the F2P ditch move.
