I'm using Linux Mint 18.3 LTS and am having a couple issues with Psychonauts. Thanks in advance if someone can help me out.

1. It's as if someone is holding down W or the up arrow key constantly. The mouse works fine, but the character runs forward on the globe constantly and If I select the bottom option on a menu, the selection box scrolls to the top. I've tried rebinding the key to no effect. As you can imagine, I haven't even tried playing the game yet as it's pretty much unplayable until this problem is resolved.

2. The sound/music is filled with static. to the point where it hurts my ears. I noticed that the game requires the libraries libasound2:i386, libasound2-plugins:i386, and libasound2-data:i386. The first two are installed on my system, but libasound2-data:i386 doesn't seem to exist in the repositories. Could this be the culprit, and if so what can I do?
