The soul collector perk seems to be bugged. I just noticed this when starting the industrial area where if you kill an enemy on the second floor, they don't drop the blue skull thingy (or it spawns on the level below). Everything is fine on the ground level though.
Edit: Update, I just finished the second segment of the industrial area, the part where you had to progress up a building. Once again, no souls dropped except those on the ground floor.
However, there was a level in the final episode that had two floors and the souls spawned on both floors.
Also, on the second last level before facing the big bad on the final episode when you drop into the sewers, some enemies drop souls but others don't
Every time you exit the game to desktop, your dynamite, bolt and energy cell ammo will be set to 1,1 and 10 respectively when continuing the game
Also, you use the create ammo spell to create dynamite bolts and laser cells, reload the game and they will be there as long as you don't exit the game

When upgrading the dynamite to either grenades or proximity bombs, it bugs the bomberman spell. If you buy the grenade upgrade, grenades you use with the bomberman spell turn into proximity bombs. The opposite is also true. If you buy the proximity bomb upgrade, prox bombs you use with bomberman turn into grenades
