I've provided a screenshot, just to prove there is no poptbuw.exe in my folder.
Some people do have it & I need to know what's up with my copy of the game.
Is it located at another location or it just simply forgot to install it?

Doesn't seem installed, i have it installed and have poptbuw.exe in the same folder. Did you maybe forget to click the add-on box when installing the game since it's all in the same installer under options i believe.
You do have the game installer from gog right?
Check if there is any box you didn't check.
