I just bought it today and was able to successfully play two games after installing it with no problems.

I go back to start up the game again, but now the screen is black but I hear the intro movie playing.

I've tried restarting laptop, verifying game files, and restarting internet connection.

I can't imagine the settings are the problem when I've changed nothing I'm aware of since first playing.

I have a normal PC LCD moniter hooked up to my laptop, but this was giving me no trouble earlier.
