I'm at the beginning of the game. I saw the accident, I was at Carol's and now - according to all walkthroughs I looked at - I should 'drive around' until I see a speeding red car.

I even watched a walkthrough on Youtube.

I'n driving around like a crazy and still nothing... It's getting really annoying.

Can someone help me? Do you remember how long did it take for you? I've driven the car for almost half an hour now, trying to be at the crossroads where's a STOP sign as much as possible and still nothing...

I seem to recall running into her in the southwestern area of the map, though I'm not sure if it matters where. I have encountered an issue in the past on some of the PQ VGA games where having a high CPU cycle can sometimes cause some events to not trigger. It resulted in me having to load old saves.

It worked!!

Fortunately, I had another save, just a little bit older, and almost immediately I came across the speeding red car.
