Cant find locker combination for police quest 1 vga version.

I see that you did find the code, but for future reference the combination is in the Gazette, which you can find from Police Quest Collection manual. The Gazette has an article about the football game and the result of the game is the same as the locker combination. When you try to open the locker the game tells that you need to find that match result, but if you haven't read the manual then there's no way to know that it's a copy protection puzzle.
