It´s on youtube, but not here? It´s on soundcloud, but you cannot buy it anywhere? Sounds strange, doesn´t it?
Justin Bell (lead audio designer) said ages ago that they would not be updating available soundtracks. They are, however, in your game folder as .ogg files. Look in:

..\Pillars of Eternity\PillarsOfEternity_Data\data\audio\mus\px1_mus\

If you want them in .mp3, here's a converter.

Sounds like we´ll never get them in FLAC as well...
...but thanks anyways, better than nothing.
I have downloaded the White March DLC and I'm playing it right now. I really love the soundtrack but I've got trouble finding the White March soundtrack on my hard drive. There is no folder "px1_mus" in the path posted above. I got 4 folders there: mus_final, mus_scr, mus_stinger and mus_temp but none of them contains the White March soundtrack.
I'm not certain exactly how to help you at this moment, as I only own POE1 in Steam. I can only confirm the existence of these folders in that version. Though I have the "legacy version" as it is named installed; is there any older version available on GOG dating back to the one available in 2017 that you could install, to see if the files have been moved since?

But I thought I would just clear up one unresolved matter from this post, though I come bearing ambivalent news. It is possible to get the entire Pillars of Eternity 1 soundtrack on GOG (the same applies to Steam, too, btw); including the White March, and in FLAC format. You just... need to possess one of the digital special editions of Pillars Eternity II: Deadfire (see attached image.) Sorry!

Thanks for the answer! I guess I could try to look if I have an old installer for the base game somewhere on my old PC. I never downloaded and played The White March until very recently.

The digital deluxe edition of PoE II is the one for backers, correct? I only backed the first game on kickstarter. : /
