Title. Does it include the white march dlc's or just what the store page shows? Because the store page doesn't tell it, i'm confused if i should get the hero edition and the white march expansion pass or thje definitive edition.

Yes.

The storepage description mentions it:
"The Definitive Edition includes the award-winning Pillars of Eternity alongside its expansions, The White March: Parts I & II, as well as all bonus content from the Royal Edition, and a new bundle of content called the “Deadfire Pack,” inspired by Obsidian’s upcoming Pillars of Eternity II: Deadfire. "
